Repairman came in , brought no tools in, looked at my dryer asked me what it was doing I showed him and he just said "It's your timer" took a picture of the model number and left!! Didn't even touch the dryer! We had good Samaritan come out today and low and behold he fixed it. This company gets 1 star from me and I will never use this company again
