Even though Disclosed beforehand but still a very high $140 inspection fee to come out for 30 mins and inform us that the repair cost will be really high. Poor value to me as customer unfortunately.

Top notch service!!! Our LG fridge compressor went out. I contacted LG and they sent the information to Ernie Krygier Service and they had a tech on site within a few days. The part was still under warranty from LG. Part was ordered and the tech installed it as soon as they received it. Our tech was Zach. Very nice and very professional. He explained everything.

They were able to get us on the schedule within a couple of days to troubleshoot the issue with our stove and had the needed part for repair within a week. Tech was delayed for first appointment, but did keep me informed. Repair was done quickly and correctly and I really appreciate that the tech would wear a mask as we requested. Great service!

They are absolutely amazing!! Great communication and customer service. A lot of repair places don't talk to you or are condescending - not these guys. Quick and easy fix, very friendly and very efficient. Will definitely call them again!
