If you need your appliances fix this is the place to call. They give you real time updates when your tech will arrive as well as the parts and what is needed to fix your appliance. If it is not worth fixing they will also tell you. They take all forms of payment and do insurance work. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Ernie Krygier only after scheduling Sears to come out. Sears was a no-show and then pushed my repair out until after the weekend. Frustrated I called KRYGIER’S and scheduled the repair. They came out two days later and said they would need to order a part and would be back the following Wednesday. This company charges a diagnostic fee of 125.00 to come out which does not get applied to your bill? They then came back out and replaced the part that they didn’t have in stock on their truck during the first visit. So they again charged me another $125 service fee to come out the following Wednesday and replace the $22 part. When I called to discuss the duplicate charge, they said this was their policy. What’s concerning to me is if this is their policy why would they not benefit from not repairing your appliance on the First visit when in fact, they will charge you again another $125 to come out and install the part as well as the cost of the part on the second visit. I would definitely not recommend this company in the future. It’s definitely a service scam if you ask me. I work too hard for my money to give to this racket!

Good customer service at the beginning, but when different repair person came out.....very poor service. He didn't do nothing to help.

John was both very professional and very friendly in his work, explaining every detail! His prediction of a short time “cure” has so far continued to work like a charm, now 3 months later!
