Customer complaint unit won't start. Spoke with a Mike with tech support. 12 volts between red and white and 6 volts between grey and white. Reset unit unit working properly. Control tested ok. Noticed a lot of suds in unit. Told customer to cut back on amount of soap there using. As of now unit working properly
