Customer complaint 40c error code and not cooling and ice bin won't pull out. Unit has inefficient compressor or refrigerant leak. 50 and 40 product temps. Took pic of customers receipt. 10 year warranty on compressor. Customer called Samsung and got a ticket number to cover total repair. Ticket number is 4162613799. Ordered parts didn't reschedule. Per Kayla with Eks entire repair will be covered under warranty. ; ordrng 1 DA82-02653a (Icemaker svc kit) and 1 DA96-01021E (Freezer evap) and 1 DA96-00987D (Freezer evap) and 1 DA96-01140B (Ff evap) and 1 nc1mv90alp-ash (Compressor)
