Customer complaint water on floor and top ceiling needs adjustment. Adjusted top ceiling and cleared clogged drain with steam. Customer upset that I charged him labor to clear drain. I explained that the 95 dollars was a diagnostic fee. He says he already knew what was wrong with it and he didn't need me to diagnose it but he did not know why water was on his floor. Floor damage from water was present. I explained to him that if we repair the unit we charge a labor fee just like we do to all of our other customers.

Customer complaint unit keeps tripping gfci. 45 and 10 product temps. Customer states it tripped it yesterday was the last time and they caught it right away. All fans working. As of now unit not drawing high amps and working as designed. Product temps are pointing towards an inefficient compressor. But it's possible customer just experiencing a nuisance trip of gfci. The real test is to plug unit into a outlet that is not gfci rated and if unit trips breaker than the unit is experiencing a compressor that is pulling high amps but won't start. This is what I recommend customer. Moving fridge to an area in home without a gfci and seeing if it trips breaker. If it trips breaker bad compressor.
