Customer complaint c02 alarm went off in home and there worried it's coming from oven. Spoke with Ray with tech support. Test should be performed at flue which is located right under control panel. Per Ray with tech support 800 parts per million or less is considered normal. 800 ppm converted is 0.08% Accordimg to tech support a blue flame is a sign of a clean burn. All flames are blue and look ok. I put the co2 tester in flue and performed the test according to how Ray with Frigidaire told me to perform test. Co2 percentage stays between 00.2 percent and 00.4 percent which converts to 200 to 400 parts per million. Co2 levels never reach 800 parts per million. Unit is working properly.

Customer complaint frost around gasket. No ice and frost on back wall. Customer says she plugged unit in on Saturday. No product in unit to get temps of. All fans working and door switches. Frost pattern looks ok. Cycled icemaker it cycled and filled with water. Unit appears to be working properly.
