Tested ice maker and everything is working properly. Fridge was on Celsius setting and temps were set to high. Found the ice maker was turned off. Reset to Fahrenheit and turned ice maker on and set to correct temps. Advised customer to keep an eye on refrigerator and call back if any issues condenser coils clean

Matt was timely and pleasant. Problem, first visit
determines problem, no part so schedules a second visit. So another $95 in addition to part. Two days later, I ran my dishwasher and got another E25 error.
Now Jacob says we need a pump cover....What?
another $95 and a part. We r in Florida and have to wait until November 22 for that part to be installed.
Would you say that is excellent service? Am I comfortable that that will be the fix, no. Wish we had a more thorough diagnosis at the beginning and know what it would mean in total cost. Jan
