Customer complaint unit making strange noises. Sounds like Fresh food fan hitting ice. Probably needs new defrost thermistor. Model serial tag missing can't look up parts. Saginaw transit wants me to wear a mask while I'm trying to fix unit. Too hot to be wearing a mask and trying to work. Evap will need to be defrosted which will take a lot of time. Not sure what defrost thermistor I would need to order anyways due to model serial tag missing. Can't order parts with missing model serial tag. Refusing to defrost evap and go any further while being forced to wear mask while security guard over my shoulder. ; saved tckt

Unit works on and off cust said the unit would make zero sounds when turning on and off or touching any buttons seems to be working fine as of right now will order a control board and a interface ; ordrng 1 Ebr31327501 (Main pcb) and 1 Ebr31327501 (Control board)

Replaced compressorran vac for 80 min and put sound pad on comp ; used 1 5303307583 (SOUND DAMPENING PAD) from stock

Found leak at steel copper condenser line. Repaired and replaced drier

Replaced valve..customer isnt going repair water damage to the homeso we are doing this repair at no charge

Replaced listed parts no labor because I missed the motor being bad ; used 1 80040 (AGITATOR DOGS) from stock

Drain pump is bad; ordrng 1 00642239 (Pump)
