Customer complaint top rack fell off. Reinstalled ball bearings and reinstalled top rack. Now customer complaint is top rack hard to pull out. Customer has two dishwashers and this one is noticeably more difficult to pull out than other one. Nothing is physically broken. Spoke with tech support and they said unit is 11 years old it's going to be a little sticky. They suggested replacing rails and glides and possibly wash basket. But I just replaced roller glide bearings and that didn't help fix it and nothing physically broken and not sure what needs to be replaced. Tested ice maker and getting just a few full sized cubes. Water pressure coming through is low. Customer replaced water filter in refrigerator within 3 months. Went to turn off saddle valve and found it was fully closed but still allowing water to come through. Is also connected to an online filter. Advised customer to have plumber service water line.
