Customer complaint freezer not cold enough. 37 and 25 product temps. Spoke with Pedro with tech support. Unit has no error codes. Put unit into test mode where refrigerant only goes to freezer evaporator. Per Pedro with Samsung tech support wait 15 minutes and expose evap. If Evaporator has good frost pattern then replace evap cover. If partial frost pattern replace compressor. Verified freezer fan motor working ok. Frost pattern looked ok but could have possibly been better. Would like to replace freezer evap cover which has thermistor built into it. Then set up pseudo appt. If that don't fix product temperature problem then compressor will need to be replaced Along with filter drier per Pedro with Samsung tech support. Took pic of receipt and model serial info told customer to call Samsung and get us authorization number for a sealed system repair. ; rqstng P&A on 1 DA97-16139A (Evap cover) and 1 NC1MV90ALP/E01 (Compressor) and 1 DA96-01140A (Evap ff)

Customer complaint strange noise that doesn't last more than 5 seconds and ice on bottom of freezer. Unit has 34 and 0 product temps. Adjusted set temp to 5 and 40. Cleared clogged drain tube with steam added aftermarket part to heater to help drain tube not freeze.
