John was very honest with me about the issues of my washing machine,. He also advised me on what to look for in a new unit. He was here for less than 1/2 hour. It would have cost $810 to fix my washing machine, so of course I bought a new one. I am just disappointed that Ernie Krygier Service charged me, I believe, $125 for a service call and did not have to do repairs. I would think when no service is done, it would be nice to have a discounted rate for the service call. Thank you
