"Unit is getting deemed unrepairable, if it doesnt will need to go out and call tech support again, tech support said there is nothing they can do for this unit anymore everything has been gone through and we cannot find the cause. ; O-emld tckt"

Replaced switches and unit is working as it should

"Ran unit with the load that they had in there, the unit was shaking pretty bad, took the stuff out and ran the unit empty and the noise went away, told them that they are doing too big of loads, They had a comforter and bed sheets in there with clothes aswell which was too much for the washer."

Replaced fan motor and unit is working as it should

"Unit was fine, the water shut off is making weird noise customer will need to call a plumber."
