"Replaced door flapper 2nd time, screws a little loose, put in slightly longer ones, seems tight, if comes loose again, would have to replace left fridge door, Im not sure if customer would expect me to pay for door, I havent done anything out of the ordinary, just replaced door flapper, I havent overtightened the screws."

They were very prompt and responsive in scheduling a service call to fix our refrigerator's ice maker. Once they found out what the issue was, they immediately scheduled a follow-up visit to install the necessary part. The service tech was extremely professional and fast. I would definitely recommend Ernie Krygier!!
