Michael was prompt, efficient and courteous during the repair. He explained the process and made the repairs and when things didn't come together with the first visit Ernie Krygier and Michael came back and did the right thing by adjusting the Freezer Door so that the air could circulate as required. No charge for the return visit and my special thanks to Ernie Krygier and Michael. Thanks for all that you did!
