The process from beginning to end on kriegers end of having to get parts for my dishwasher and to have them follow through on the warranty was anything but pleasant. A few times there was 1 person at the office who would call whirlpool about the parts, but mostly I was always told by everyone else to call and find out what was happening with the process. From start to finish the entire process took over 3 months. I was told by the office that they had the warranties dishwasher but that they could not schedule anything at that time because they needed to test it out. Lie, when it got to my house it had never been unboxed. But I waited a week for them to test and when they called to schedule a delivery I was given less than 48 hours and I work too so it didn’t work for me. Then I was told they had to see what the driver could do and after waiting a week I called back to find out what was going on and from there it was finally scheduled. The installer was something else. No friiendliness from him whatsoever. When asking why he was using an impact wrench to tighten the rubber drain he could not have cared less. I bring this up because that was at the drain, he just needed to turn the water off but was messing with a different area. If I could give 0 stars I would.
