"Ran unit with the load that they had in there, the unit was shaking pretty bad, took the stuff out and ran the unit empty and the noise went away, told them that they are doing too big of loads, They had a comforter and bed sheets in there with clothes aswell which was too much for the washer."

We had 2 service men come out. One to see what was wrong and one to fix it . They were so friendly and very helpful. Josh was extremely polite & took the time to listen to me. They get things fixed fast.
