Customer complaint frost inside freezer. Unit packed pretty full it looks like a loaf of bread was possibly stopping door from closing all the way. Door must have been cracked open for a period of time for this frost to form because seal is sealing properly. Spoke with chef about making sure door is closed all the way and no food impeding door from closing
